A place where you’re welcomed not just as a guest, but as a dear friend. We had a truly wonderful stay at the Andaman Beach Hotel. It’s one of those places where the building itself is nice — but it’s the people who make the experience truly unforgettable. The team here doesn’t just work — they create an atmosphere that feels warm, personal, and full of heart. First and foremost: when booking, make sure your room is located in the main building. Trust me — the other building involves an Olympic-worthy climb up many, many stairs, and after a delicious dinner, that’s not always the ideal workout! That said, once you’ve sorted the location of your room — everything else is genuinely lovely. Breakfasts were great — fresh, varied, and tasty. A huge thank you to Chef Abu, who treated us to his culinary magic every single morning. He didn’t just cook — he crafted meals with such care and warmth that it felt like a gentle hug to start the day. And then there’s Toy, the bartender — a true legend. It honestly felt like he could read our minds. The moment we even considered a cocktail, Toy had already mixed the perfect one and was placing it in front of us with a smile. He wasn’t just a bartender — he was the life of every evening, with an energy that made you want to sit and stay all night. We also can’t forget Koy, the wonderful woman who welcomed us almost every evening at dinner. Her kindness, sincerity, and glowing smile made every meal feel like a celebration. She radiated warmth in a way that turned dinner into more than just a meal — it was a moment of connection. And of course, the rest of the team — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff — were incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile. Everything was done with elegance, heart, and genuine care. You truly get the sense that they’re not just doing a job — they care. The hotel itself is clean and cozy, with good facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. Yes, there are a few quirks here and there (hello, stairs!) — but all of that fades into the background when you’re surrounded by such lovely, soulful people. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth, your smiles, and your hospitality. Because of you, we leave not just well-rested, but with full hearts. We’ll be back — not just for the views or the food, but for you.

It was my first time in Thailand and I had an amazing stay. Although I didn’t like Phuket that much, the hotel was great and the service was amazing. We had the pleasure to get to know some of the staff a little better and they were just amazing genuine people. Koi was absolutely amazing and she took care of us every night with a big smile on her face. She always recommended the best food to order and was very welcoming and kind. Roy was our bartender and he mixed the best drinks. Not just that, but also had the best conversations with. If we come back to Phuket, we will stay at the same hotel thanks to the staff that were so kind and accommodating. Koi and Toy are the best and I hope they are valued!

The location was beautiful, right by the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food is tasty, especially the seafood. Ken was very helpful and gave me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and made the stay even better. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed 13 nights – Exceptional service, great staff We stayed at the Andaman Beach Hotel for 13 nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The service was top-notch and truly lived up to the standards of the Accord group. A big thank you to Abu at the restaurant, who went above and beyond—not just with excellent service, but also with helpful recommendations on sightseeing and dining spots around the area. Also, a special mention to Samuel at breakfast for his attentiveness and eye for detail every morning. A couple of small downsides: the rooms are a bit compact, and it would’ve been nice to have moisturizer provided in the amenities. All in all, highly recommended for the service alone.

We had the pleasure of being served by Abu during our stay, and we can’t say enough good things about him. He was part of the hospitality staff at the breakfast buffet and truly stood out with his exceptional service. Abu was not only attentive and courteous but also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He anticipated our requests before we even made them and was always ready to help with a warm smile. Samuel was equally impressive. He remembered exactly what we liked to eat and had it ready for us—even before we asked. That level of attentiveness and personalized service is rare and truly appreciated.
