Hotel is nice. The upper floor rooms have good view. Good lighting on daytime. But AC might be a bit warm. The room theming is clean-modern looking. Housekeeping needs to be more detailed when it comes to cleanliness tho. The rest is good!

The hotel is clean and the room is big. the staff is very helpful and fast response. The location is in the city center and near to the mall and office. the benefit - you could walk to the city center. the must consideration when you must go back to the airport, the access to the hotel will be very crowded. the breakfast is good and also the meeting room is big. it very suitable for you and your team to held meeting here

I had a very pleasant stay at ANA Hotel Jakarta. The staff were friendly and accommodating, any concerns I had were promptly addressed, which I really appreciated. I managed to get some good rest and enjoyed great food at the hotel. I even tried bebek here, and surprisingly, it was more delicious than the one I had at a high-end mall! The location is also convenient; just a short walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Do be mindful of the two-wheelers on the street outside, but otherwise, a great experience overall. Stayed at Ana Hotel Jakarta for 2 nights, it was a superb experience :) The hotel receptionist are friendly and assigned us rooms with nice city view. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The location is strategic, you can easily walk to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia in just a few minutes. The bed is very comfortable as well. The housekeeping would clean our rooms, change new towels and bottle water upon request. We had a great time in Jakarta :)
