We unfortunately had a bad check in experience. After a few words were said the hotel reception staff were very attentive and quickly addressed all issues. I must credit them on their immediate response. The breakfast buffet was great this morning. It’s in a great location. Trains near by. And lots of great food.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Osaka. The hotel is about 15 min walk from Osaka and Umeda station, 5 min if you decide to take a taxi. Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to the friendly staff. The room was clean, comfy and decently sized for Japan. The furnitures are dated and a little worn, since the hotel is scheduled to close Oct/2025, unlikely they'll make any updates. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, definitely worth a visit. There are plenty of restaurants within 5 min walk but many of them require reservations.

Overall the stay was good but only because I was using IHG points/free night certificates. I think if I was paying cash I wouldn't be as pleased. Rooms are definitely on the older side and a little dated. Gym is extremely small. Location is good relatively close to 2 different metro lines.
