We had a fantastic stay at Amnaya Hotel in Bali! The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the start with a delicious welcome drink. The breakfast was amazing, with a great à la carte selection, and we loved the afternoon tea with cakes and typical Indonesian snacks. The pool was stunning and kept spotless all day, with big towels available. While we didn’t receive a pool-view upgrade like many reviews mentioned, our room was still excellent—spacious, with very comfortable beds, great air conditioning, and a luxurious feel overall. The hotel also offers a convenient airport taxi service for a fee, making travel easy. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d love to stay again (with pool view ?)!

Loved loved my stay here! Found this place on Booking.com and booked it after reading the reviews and it sure did not disappoint. Beautiful place, breakfast isn’t buffet but served in sets instead but great options and tasty nonetheless! The dinner’s amazing too. The Bhava Spa at the resort is AMAZING, and the location is superb. It’s off the main street that has plenty of eateries, massage parlours, convenient store. It’s also right opposite Discovery Bali so it’s definitely convenient. Will definitely try the Nusa Dua branch next.

Very good, friendly service! I felt cared every day! I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage in storage. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Live music every evening created a unique and sophisticated atmosphere. Highly recommend

Great stay overall, but some details could be improved ⭐️ We had a very pleasant stay at Amnaya Kuta. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the entire hotel was tidy and nicely decorated. A special thanks goes to Deva, who took excellent care of our room and made sure everything was in perfect order. The staff overall was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. However, there were a few downsides that kept this from being a 5-star review. The walls are quite thin — we could clearly hear sounds from the hallway and the neighboring room, which affected the sense of privacy and relaxation. Also, while the pool itself is beautiful, it’s located right next to the restaurant. Unfortunately, many guests didn’t shower before entering, and some even ate meals poolside, which made the pool area smell like spaghetti at times. ? Despite these small issues, we had a lovely experience overall. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be a truly exceptional stay.

My stay at AMNAYA Resort Kuta was wonderful! The location is truly excellent, especially for those arriving in Bali as it's so close to the airport. I was very impressed with the quality of the rooms, they're truly comfortable. What really stood out was the amazing friendliness of the staff, they made me feel very welcome. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! A top choice in Kuta.
