Spacious room with a very good price. They gave me free upgrade when I checked in. This hotel located near few coffee shops, breakfast places and laundry. Service were great too. The staff were super helpful with everything. We chose the upgraded room but the staff informed us in advance that in the morning it might be noisy due to construction next door. But honestly, the noise mostly came from the workers talking rather than the construction itself. Overall no complaints and would like to come back here if I have chance.

The bedroom is clean, the shower water outflow is strong. There is a lounge on the top floor overlooking the sunset and many privacy areas with close friends to have heart to heart conversation. The bathroom mirror should add lighting for lady makeup.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. However, there is ongoing construction right next to the hotel, which can be quite noisy. I voiced my concerns about the noise, and the staff promptly upgraded my room to a larger pool view room, which was a lovely gesture. While I appreciated the upgrade and the staff's efforts to address my concerns, especially DA is very nice and helpful.In summary, the hotel itself is great, and the staff truly go above and beyond to help guests.

Both my mum and myself enjoyed staying at this hotel. It may not be wheelchair friendly but the staffs accommodate to our request so it be easy for my mum. Staffs are friendly throughout. On my first day, we experienced the entire Bali blackout but thankfully, electricity was back before dusk. My niece and her friends had issues with the villa they booked nearby so I seek permission from the team if they could hangout at the lobby while they find an alternative place to stay till their villa got the electricity back. They have been accommodative so far which I'm glad they are willing to help niece and her friends for a while. I do experience a few hiccups at the hotel - water supply distruped & TV connection was lagging, but the service recovery by the team was exceptional. One time when water supply was distruped, they complimented us our breakfast order and place a huge bottle of water just in case we need to shower. Yes, the rice paddy view from our room is blocked by an upcoming villa/house/hotel. And yes, there's construction noise but it does not affect me and my mum during our stay. Ouh yes, to the team, I am so sorry to cause for any inconvenience as I smoke at the balcony. I apologize for that and made my neighbors made a complain about the smell. I am truly sorry. Cos I assume there's an ash tray, well, I thought I could smoke outside at the balcony. Once again, I am sorry but overall, the team at AmantraNa Canggu has been great! Hope to see you again! ❤️
