We had a great experience staying at Aloft Hotel Kuta Beach! The location is fantastic right by the shopping mall and just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for both relaxation and exploring. The room was comfortable, though the sofa and a few corners were a bit dusty. That said, everything else was clean and well maintained, so it didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. Breakfast had a decent variety of options, and while it was good, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of flavour and freshness. The design of the hotel is modern and lush, with beautiful greenery throughout the property—it really adds to the relaxing vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Room on the small size but it packs a punch cause it has every thing you need, like a balcony to boot. The service staff is absolutely awesome and so friendly from start to every touch point person it’s so consistent that my kids ask how come everyone is so friendly and nice here. :) The ice popsicle welcome despite our late check in was such a well thought welcome. And Every time we enter our room after the room make up, they surprise us with cute stuff like towel in a shape of an animal on the bed and our kids toys arranged like a fun town ready for play! Superb attention to detail to all the staff at Aloft Kuta. Well done and thank you ! :) Location is 10 steps next to mall, so it’s perfect without a doubt ! Wished they have a kids club and kids pool but that’s alright cause there is a paying kids club at the mall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel is stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a modern and comfortable experience. Being located right inside the mall was a big plus—everything from restaurants and shops to entertainment was easily accessible without needing transport. The rooms were cozy, well-kept, and had all the essentials for a relaxed stay. The vibe throughout the hotel is youthful and energetic, perfect for travelers who enjoy a bit of buzz around them. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a nice mix of options. Just a small suggestion—it would be great to see one or two Indian breakfast items added, based on the guest mix. That small touch could really elevate the breakfast experience for Indian travelers. Overall, the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and fun atmosphere make Aloft Bali Kuta a fantastic choice. Would definitely recommend and love to come back again!

A group of us stayed at Aloft Kuta for 3 nights. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with very friendly and welcoming staff. It's conveniently located within the Beachwalk Shopping Complex, though this does make accessing the street before 10am a bit tricky, you’ll need to walk around the complex, which might be inconvenient for families with small children. The rooms were comfortable, especially the beds, and we really enjoyed the pool area, it was relaxing and well maintained. We booked directly through the hotel’s website but were overcharged at check-in. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it took 3 days for the reception team to acknowledge and process the refund, which was frustrating. We also opted for the Half Board Package (breakfast and dinner), which unfortunately we wouldn't recommend. Dinner was from a separate, limited menu that remained the same throughout our stay. Several items were unavailable, and the service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was mostly empty, some of us were still waiting for our food while others had already finished eating. On a more positive note, breakfast was excellent—great variety, fresh options, and efficient service. The barista coffee was a highlight! Overall, Aloft Kuta has a lot of potential and some great aspects, but we’d suggest skipping the Half Board Package and checking your bill carefully.

This was my second visit to Bali, and this time I opted to explore the Kuta area as it was a short trip. Primarily, the purpose of the trip was to relax and unwind. I took some time to search for a comfortable and cozy hotel. It's worth noting that the hotel is close to a shopping mall, but I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient it was until I arrived at the hotel. I appreciate the ambiance of the hotel, it's very cozy. When you arrive, the hotel staff will give you a free popsicle and there's a snack corner where you can grab some snacks while you wait for your room or car rides. It was indeed quite convenient that even if the room is not yet ready, guests are able to leisurely explore the shopping mall for food and beverages. This is highly beneficial for the hotel guests, as they are able to utilize their time productively while they wait. The room was super spacious and the balcony facing the pool was awesome too. Although, the pool and sun deck area may be slightly compact, it is quite manageable. Furthermore, I have to commend the culinary offerings from the hotel restaurant. It's really tasty and the portions are huge. I'll be back because of how convenient the hotel area is and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, plus the friendly staff.
