Overall a good option for Ramadan. Good bus service with multiple buses. The shuttle service sometimes is interrupted based on traffic within the city. We need to be patient and understand the situation

It is the cheapest hotel available in whole area with best services to be offered. lifts are big. It has in house cafe 24/7 operation. bigger cafe adjacent to its main entrance with very good coffee and pastries a must try. It also hosts two massage chairs at back reception area of course paid. the corridor is carpeted so there is no footstep noise. the two bed room option is most optimized with ample space to sit around, pray in room and dinner. the reception staff is patient and kind to communicate. Especially most cheerful Elaaf at reception she took more than 30 minutes to communicate to the guest that his hotel booking details are not correct. and the guest couldn't understand either English or Arabic. so they communicated using google translate to let the guest understand what the problem was and at the same time let the staff communicate back. in whole communication process neither the staff (named Elaaf) lost her patience, nor raised her voice she exhibited exemplary calm behavior with her voice not even raised by a bit. Keep it up!!!!!
