Aim House isn't called aim hotel because it truly feels like a home away from home. Our stay here far exceeded our expectations despite its affordable price. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the rooftop deck is one that you cannot miss out on. Everyday we would be serviced with complimentary water in our rooms and our sheets replaced. The hotel was just within reach of tourist spots that we wanted to visit but located in a peaceful neighbourhood just walking distant away from Iconsiam and 711. Our only complaint was that upon check-in we were only given 1 house key for the three of us which made it hard for us to do our own thing and the lighting of the room was quite dimmed but that could just be a matter of personal preference. Overall, we felt nothing but warmth and comfort at Aim House and wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. We will definitely be returning here on our next visit to Thailand.

One thing for sure is that we loved the bed, comfortable to sleep on and the comfort room is clean too. We suggest to include free breakfast, if not, inclusion in the hotel rate. It is best to provide F&B options, too. Add disposable slipper, instead of the existing brown one. Please add disposable toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Thank you.

The air conditioning was great, and the location wasn't too far from the city or the large mall—you could walk there easily. The staff were kind, though they mostly seemed indifferent, often staying behind the counter and looking at their phones. Still, for the price, the hotel was worth it. I would recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Inside room dont have hair dry but can ask from receptionist. Near icon isam, walk around 5-7min to reach bts
