Nice Hotel in the middle of Surabaya City. So perfect location ? The Room was nice with comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was an excellent delicious food even though with limited selection. Grand City Mall is just beside the hotel, which is also very nice. Overall Recommended for family.

The shower drainage needs improvement as water draining is very slow. The shower curtain also not wide enough to fully block water. No fridge provided in the room. Location is superb, next to the Grand city mall and other restaurants / diners. Staffs service are excellent.

Nice hotel for its price. One room can fit max. 3 people. The breakfast is amazing. There are a few small cons: - The WiFi is very slow for the visitors. - The bathroom exhaust is not on so it will be steamy after you take a shower. - There are some small stains on some of the blankets and on the side of the bed, hopefully they'll take a look more detail about cleaning that. Overall, a great experience from this hotel.

It's a good hotel, whether for the couples or the family. The location is so good, around the central of Surabaya City. The various restaurants are all over this area. I have good experince. Nice room and service too, even it's a amall hotel
