We stayed one night and had an amazing room! The bath was divine, city views were spectacular and the 11am checkout was a nice touch. We had issues with our TV casting at 11pm and someone came to our room immediately to fix it. Would of loved some room service options but then again, there's plenty to eat nearby so it wasn't inconvenient. We also really appreciated how thick the walls were - there was a party going on next door and we could only really hear it when we were in the corridor. The rooms were exceptional in terms of space and facilities compared to nearby hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist, Vick, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, it was the best service I’ve experienced at any establishment. He explained all the procedures clearly and thoroughly, making the check-in process smooth, pleasant, and even fun. Vick’s exceptional customer service truly stood out, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves.

very comfortable. well laid out rooms, with great bed and comfortable chairs. Just enough in the kitchen to do anything, and a good collection of tea. The shower head, super cheap and really let down the luxurious feeling of the rooms and the bathroom.

Stayed for 7 weeks on business including stuck in my room for a week with Covid. Stayed in studio room with basic kitchenette. Very comfortable, amenities are great with IGA next door. Short walk to the CBD, shops, dining, parks. Staff at reception and housekeeping always helpful and friendly. Have previously stayed in 1br apartment which was spacious and included washing machine
