We had a wonderful stay – the hotel is absolutely stunning with a beautiful modern heritage vibe that really sets it apart. The room was stylish and comfortable, and overall the space felt really well thought out. We had late-night desserts at Kiln which were honestly some of the best we’ve had. Breakfast the next morning was delicious too – the hot cross bun in particular was a standout! I love the record player in the room, so cool! The staff were lovely throughout and made us feel really welcome. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.

Stayed at the Ace Hotel Sydney and had an incredible experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. We originally booked a standard room but were surprised with a lovely upgrade to a Medium Plus – spacious, stylish, and perfect for couples. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. The downstairs bar had such a great vibe, and the overall amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at The Ace Hotel — from start to finish, everything felt considered and genuinely welcoming. The customer service was truly exceptional — warm, attentive and made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. The room had everything we needed and more. Impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel both functional and full of character. The view from our room was stunning — such a treat to wake up to, and we felt deeply relaxed throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were truly the stuff of dreams — easily one of the best night’s sleep we’ve had away from home. The location couldn’t have been better — perfectly placed for everything we wanted to do in the city. It was a beautiful balance of comfort, design, and great hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ace Hotel, and we’re already looking forward to finding an excuse to visit Sydney again and stay here.

From the moment we arrived, Isaac on the service desk was welcoming and accommodating it was exemplary service. I had booked the wrong room and needed a pull out and when we called down the desk was able to provide. The bar and food suggestions and then service was wonderful. Couldn’t fault it even with my booking errors.
