1 Chome-15-5 Yanagibashi, Taito City, Tokyo 111-0052, Japan
I've stayed at many hostels and this was one of the best. True Japanese passionate cleanliness. Really helpful friendly staff. Location is perfect, just metres from the Subway station and river. Some complain about the train noise, but it's also on a one-way street so minimal if any road traffic noise. Bed was comfortable and the hostel itself was quite futuristic. No real kitchen, but it's not needed in inner city Tokyo. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it to everyone. Arigato!
Nice hostel. Budget place in Tokyo. Even though budget place but there’s not weird smell in the restrooms. You also can get water / hot water at the front desk. You might inquiry person at the front desk recommended places. They recommended 600 yen breakfast and totally worth it (Large portion with unlimited refill drinks) Expected small place but u still have a small “common area” to pack your luggage. Strategic location, nearby is Tokyo Metro Station A16 and JR station also located nearby. Definitely will come again. But you might get awake by train sound, just prepare earplug will do. Very near to Akihabara (u can even walk there, around 1-1.5km)
I had a great stay at this hostel and was very impressed by how clean everything was. I lucked out by having bag storage under my bunk otherwise it was a bit tight to get at your things. I stayed in the girls only dorm and loved the scan in system I felt extremely safe during my time here. The common space has lots of seating where I was able to meet some new people and the location is close to the train.
The location of the Hostel was perfect for us. Not in the middle of the busy center, close to a river and park, but with great access to places to visit. It was very clean and tidy, including showers and bathroom. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only things to criticize are, that the ventilation system was not working sufficient, so the room was sweat-smelly, and there was no possibility to lock things bigger than over ear headphones. All in all I would recommend the place for a visit in Tokyo. We (two women) stayed four nights and felt safe.
