The sink is leaking but did not affect much as its a guesthouse, the air conditioner remote is in Korean, you may use Google lens to translate if you do not know Korean word. There is a kitchen with water dispenser and some coffee sacket available, it's near mini mart, may buy some cup noodles if you worry you will be hungry during midnight. The towel will be prepared at stair, the floor heater and water heater in Korean words, may translate if you do not know. Location wise, near Cable car station to N Seoul Tower, near MRT station, cross the road will be night market. If you going during autumn, you will enjoy walking there. The view of rooftop is nice, will closed on 10 pm. Hope you guys enjoy your trip

Their prices and services are very reasonable. Room conditions and cleaning conditions deserve five stars. Also, the cafeteria on the first floor is good enough to enhance the quality of the accommodation. It has high accessibility to Myeongdong, so I will use it for my next visit.

Enjoyed staying with 2 kids! I always put the top priority on cleanliness when I choose accommodations during travelling. 3Guesthouse is really clean and comfy! The service from hosts were really good too! They responded to all my questions (sometimes could be silly questions) and it was really helpful! I will stay again during my next visit to Korea Seoul.

This guesthouse is great. I enjoyed staying here. I think it’s a great deal for the view and service, compared to the price. You get an clear view of the Namsan tower, and is located 10 minutes walking distance to the Myeongdong station/main shopping districts. Staff was helpful, friendly, and all of them could speak English and Chinese. Room was spacious enough, and kept very clean. You also get a 20% discount for being a guest at 3 Guesthouse from the cafe just downstairs- good coffee and pies! I would highly recommend staying here. Would definitely come back next time I visit Seoul.
