Overall, it’s a great place and good value for the price. The room is in a nice location. My only complaint is that housekeeping starts making noise too early. Typically, such services should begin after 11 or 12, but here, the cleaning starts at 8 AM, which is way too early.

Best hotel I have been to. I booked not expecting much but, the room was super spacious, location is walkable with many shops around and the receptionist is amazing! Recommended places to go around Hanoi! ❤️

The Penthouse on the 6th Floor is excellent. We will come again and stay here for at least 5 days. Jesan at the Reception is very helpful guy. He booked our bus to and from SAPA and was constantly in touch for any assistance.

I was truly impressed by the kindness of the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were always ready to help, whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly chat. Their caring attitude made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear that they care deeply about guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout my stay

I stayed at this apartment in Tây Hồ for one month while attending a nearby language school, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, with just a short walk to the lake, peaceful and quiet, yet close to great cafés, restaurants, and all the essentials. The apartment itself was very well-equipped for a longer stay. What really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of the staff, at reception, and housekeeping. They were always helpful and made settling in so easy. It’s a lovely, calm space to come back to after a busy day, and I really appreciated how safe and welcoming the environment was, especially as a solo female traveler. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay in Hanoi. :)
