I stayed at the Karo Hotel/Linsen Suite for 11 nights while in Kaohsiung. The price included breakfast, but I preferred to explore nearby breakfast restaurants. The room was very comfortable, and the staff very willing to help.

Liked The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. the room is spacious, bathroom comes with a bathtub. The power outlets have also USB connections, however, they are not powerful if charging 2 devices. If you like a hard mattress, then you’re in a good location. Disliked The room and bathroom are kind of dangerous with all the different levels - this could have been solved in a better way. The room is not very energy efficient as the window can’t be closed completely due to the air condition pipes.

The hotel room is quiet, clean and has the basic needs for a budget conscious traveler! The price is great if you need a room with a comfortable bed, nice shower and TV. It even has a small refrigerator so you can store dome cold drinks if buy from near convenience store! Many department stores and night markets nearby!
