Stayed here, April 2016 with a class of music students from Canada. The hotel met all our requirements hands down. The location was great for a night stroll down to the bell tower. Very friendly staff. Hotel was arrange from our tour company SNA tours.

The Service: Staffs are friendly and helpful. The Hotel: The location is good. It is walking distance to the Bell & Drum Towers, the City Wall & many restaurants & shops. The hotel room is a little bit outdated but still comfortable to stay. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. The concierge is very helpful, don't forget to grab a city map when you go out.

Stayed 4 nights during my trip to Xian, pretty decent and well maintained hotel in overall. Buffet breakfast offers good selection with minimal change in menu daily, however coffee is good. Drink beer instead of Perrier as it's cheaper. Room itself is comfortable, just feel warm at night even with temperature set at the low side. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. English does not work well with staff.
