The service was really great so I feel bad saying anything negative about the hotel ? but there were some things I didn't like. I'll start with the good stuff, it has amazing location. 9 min walk to the local nightmarket. Service was really good, they were just super nice!! Check in at 4 pm but we got in at 2:30 pm! Check out at 12 pm. Which is standard but they let us in right away which isn't always standard, so I really appreciated that! The tub was AWESOME! Really spacious and just a really good tub! King sized bed, super spacious room which I really liked. I asked for 2 extra pillows and they immediately brought them up! Thank you! They have a water machine on our floor to refill water which is fantastic!! Eco friendly in a good way! But the negatives were we had ants in our bathroom and they would crawl all over our towels and even our toothbrushes but I think they did a better clean on day 3 so I didn't see as much on day 4, but it still bothered me, and no didn't have food in there. No ants anywhere else tho? And we were on the 8th floor. There's only one window and it's in the bathroom so it was getting really stuffy in our room. Our AC wasn't working very well, I was okay as I am always cold but my boyfriend was too warm and I was only too warm one night. They didn't provide hand soap?? Like uh? What? In Taiwan they don't provide toiletry amenities anymore, but you can still ask for things if you need it but hand soap? Come on guys this is a must? When I called for hand soap the guy was like we don't provide toiletries anymore and I was like so you don't wash your hands after you go to the bathroom??? And he said he would bring one up, and immediately did so, I did like the fast service. I just think it's weird that I had to ask for hand soap, no one's bringing hand soap on vacation.. the only hotel I have ever been in that didn't provide it. They also didn't have hair conditioner, which I will say some other hotels also didn't provide so it's not abnormal but still, would really like that in the hotel. It's a part of the basics, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Everything else is not a need and totally fine not included. But these 3 are a must. Another thing that bothered me was that they didn't change out our glass which I had to put the bar soap in cuz we didn't have a soap dish, so it was kinda gross and for 4 days no one changed it out. We didn't try their breakfast so no idea if that was good or not. The location was great though, but for the price... I would have expected just a touch better. 3.5 stars if I could give it.

The big room is not the cleanest but it is acceptable. The bathroom is good, the water pressure is strong, there is a bathtub, no bidet, no hand soap, no hand towel, only bath towel and hair towel. The glass shelf is still dusty. The first room I got smelled like cigarettes so I asked to change. The hotel changed it without any problem. The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear clearly. I do not recommend it for those who have sleeping problems. The bed is comfortable enough. The blanket is good. The booking includes breakfast. The first day's meal is an American breakfast set. There is no refill. You can get 1 set of coffee and bread. You can take as much as you want. On the second day, breakfast is sandwiches or burgers. Mos burger. Booked close to the trip. The price of Taipei hotels during this time is very high. I don't know what happened. I paid about 8,100 TWD for 2 nights, which is much higher than normal. But I like the location around here. Next time I come, I will stay around here.

We stayed 3 nights. A friendly hotel with exceptional service. All staff including the GM provide warm and personal touch. Room is fairly large, clean and well maintained. A short 10 mins to the nearest MRT.

This is a great hotel in which i stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Once i arrive GM was waiting for me to check in, she was very welcoming. Room was clean, very spacious compare to other hotel rooms in Taipei and with the view on taipei 101. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. On some floors there are free water dispensers to refill your water bottle, which I really liked. Mrt station is about 8-10min walk which is very convenient and bus stops are nearby. 7/11 is just behind the hotel.
