The hotel is good and clean, and the staff are very responsive. Rooms and washroom are also clean and room service was timely available. Will visit here again if I come to Makkah. 24h shuttle bus service was available after every 30mins and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with very friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. One of the highlights is the 24-hour shuttle service to Haram, which is incredibly convenient. The shuttle stop is very close to Haram, making it easy to reach at any time. Additionally, the service at the hotel is brilliant — everything we needed was provided promptly and with great care. There are also many shops around the hotel, which is convenient for quick shopping or dining. The only minor downside is that the internet could have been better, but it didn’t overshadow the overall great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordability, convenience, and exceptional hospitality in Makkah.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very cooperative.There are some good food options around the hotel. The bus service is good but since the hotel is far away from haram and it sometimes takes 10-15mins for the bus to fill,so it takes quite long to reach haram. But overall the price is very reasonable for the room and services.
