This hotel has one of the best customer service. Manager Andi deserves a standing ovation as I am a super picky customer demanding room change 3x on separate bookings(it’s 1 trip, but I checked out in the morning and checked back in due to extended stay. He literally rescued me from the horror of staying in a non renovated room. Deeply grateful for his help. He went above and beyond. Front desk, bell desk, restaurant, housekeeping and even the engineers (they had to fix the safe and blown up fuse). All were professional with extreme courtesy and lots of smile ;) Location is great as it's 5 min walk to Lotte Mart and 12 minutes to Mall of Indonesia. No shortage good food, coffee and shopping. The hotel breakfast is a great highlight. I also ate 2x for dinner and was very good. Now onto the rooms. I will be specific. Some rooms I would not recommend. Extremely old and like dungeon. Andi helped me with room change. The renovated ones, not completely renovated but the basic renovation was decent and the rooms were brighter and the wood panels on headboard, night stand, desk panel are newly installed. So that's nice despitenkt the whole room was renovated. So if you were to book this hotel, I would recommend book at least Deluxe grade. The king bed rooms are better than the double (queen bed). Also make sure it's a renovated room.

The inn really offers comfort with its strategic location in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to various points of interest and business centers. In addition, the staff is always friendly and prompt in serving the needs of the guests, creating a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The facilities provided are very complete and varied, ranging from a mini soccer field suitable for filling leisure time with sports activities, a swimming pool for relaxing, to a gym equipped with modern equipment to support a fitness routine. To start the day, the breakfast options available are adequate, with a wide variety of menu options that meet your taste and nutritional needs. Although it offers a lot of convenience and comfort, the prices offered are still quite affordable, making it an ideal choice for travelers and business people who want comfort without having to spend too much money.

It was a good experience overall, except the TV didn't support YouTube at first. I was fine with it, but after room cleaning the next day, the app briefly worked, and at least I found something to hear during my alone vacation. However, the service suddenly stopped and reverted to local channels. I called the front desk, and a technician came but couldn't fix it. I ended up spending the night in silence before checking out. Not a bad stay, just a bit boring.
