Located within walking distance to the Stadhuys, Hard Rock, and Jonker Walk. Rooms are well spaced out, clean, and a large bathroom. Service at the counters and breakfast is good with friendly staff. Breakfast spread is also good with variety to satisfy Western and Asian eaters - but, would have been good to feature more Malaccan local food. An overall excellent hotel for business and family. ?

“Good experience” I had an amazing staycation at Courtyard! It was exactly the relaxing break I needed without having to travel far. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. The room was beautifully designed, super clean, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for unwinding. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend Courtyard hotel for anyone looking for a perfect staycation spot. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The facilities are excellent and new. Gym is clean and tidy with all the necessary equipment for a good workout. The view is superb. The highlight of the hotel will be the infinity pool and an open air lounging area overlooking the city of Malacca. The house keeping service is top notch ( Rizal) along with friendly staff all over the property. The room is OK but with no coffee machine and the fridge is functional with moderate chilling. I would have expected a Courtyard to provide a more comprehensive tea coffee making facilities ( no cutlery in the room too). The breakfast selection is OK, not among the best in this city but the service is excellent. The egg station chef even helped deliver the egg white omelette to my table with a smile. The reception hall is classy and spacious. Car parking is free too.

We had an impromptu stay at Courtyard by Marriott Malacca, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the level of service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Even those we didn’t interact with directly contributed to a smooth and memorable stay — from housekeeping to the kitchen staff and everyone behind the scenes. Their teamwork and attention to detail truly reflect the hotel’s high standards. Special thanks to the entire team for turning a spontaneous trip into such a delightful experience. This level of customer service is a standout and definitely deserves recognition! Highly recommended — and we look forward to returning again soon.
