An absolutely beautiful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. So warm, helpful, and attentive. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true luxury experience in Sydney!

My impression about this hotel was absolutely beautifull and luxurious, located just on Sydney CBD give us a comfortable to explore a city. From the check in proccess was very smooth and found the room was beautifull design. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The indoor pool also stunning, the most importtant staffs were very attentive and accomodate our needs. Breakfast was very delightful with combination of buffet and ala carte.

The best hotel stay I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The rooms are spacious, a comfortable oversized king bed, tub with bath salts on hand and plenty of room for a travel cot which was kindly supplied by the hotel. Great black out blinds and the room was very private - building across could not see in. A luxe Dyson hair dryer and complimentary non-alcoholic drinks. Turn down service thoughtful with gorgeous aromatherapy shower tablets and freshly made hot cross buns. The spa and facilities were amazing including a gorgeous gym, heated pool with a vitality pool/massage jets, traditional sauna, steam room, shower experience and ice therapy. I also had the rainforest scrub which was so good! The food is amazing, we had room service and ate multiple times at the bar downstairs. Breakfast offered a big variety with quality ingredients and included ala carte options like eggs Benedict and avocado on toast. The homemade granola was amazing as were their jam donuts. They are not to be missed! The service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. It’s not often our stay is seamless with everything from the food to the pillows being memorable. A must stay in Sydney even if it’s a staycation!

We had the most amazing experience with our stay we felt so welcomed on arrival especially complimentary drink in a beautiful setting so relaxing. The rooms are amazing and luxurious and very modern. We stayed with our 4 year old the hotel made her feel so special especially knowing it was her birthday. The pool is amazing the spa is huge and the sauna is so good. We had breakfast and everything was delicious and the staff are so friendly, genuine and very engaging. We will be going to try the day spa for a treat. Definitely must stay best experience ?

Capella is our new favourite place to stay in Sydney. OMG everything is perfect and the staff know how to put “customer” into “service”. The bar is a great place to start with cocktails and the bar tenders are knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. It’s everything you want your 5star hotel experience to be - an absolute breeze from arrival to departure. We’re staying again in August.
