Arrived at the main entrance. Find this decorated escalator, go up, then you will find arrows to follow to go to the south entrance (or any entrance you wish)

Was rushing at the 11th hour to collect my Coway Run 2023 race kit pack that was located at Lalaport West Entrance last 2 weeks at 7:45pm. Counter closed at 8pm! Fyi IF you're in a hurry to collect or purchase something from Lalaport West Entrance, you may park here.?? Park your car? or motorbike ?️ at the road kerb of the West entrance. There's a side space where you can park after 7pm. No need to drive in the basement car park. The Coway counter was quite a maze. Had to inquire from the "I" counter where was the location. I dashed ??‍♀️ and collected my race kit ?? just in time before they wrap up! Managed to get in my car within 35 mins.
