588 Woodlands Dr 17, Singapore 737924
This garden is a “healing forest” for Woodlands’ Healthcare Campus. It takes a more visual and tactile approach. Encompassing the entire site, the holistic idea of woodland character intersperses with openings that provide spaces, transitions and immersive sensory experiences. A journey back to nature, and the healing powers of the forest.
Nestled between Seletar Expressway and Woodlands Drive 17, this garden is small but it's winding path provides a nice escape from the concrete jungle. There are some benches but lacking shaded spots besides the on-site bathroom and water fountain. Any green space is a good thing as Singapore continues to adapt to changes in population and economy.
A really tranquil place, really enjoyed the serenity and watching the creatures interact in the garden. Lovely place to just wander for a short bit, even has resting areas and slopes so very accessible for everyone!
Really breezy and, like its name suggests, it is very healing. The colourful flowers and the bright green leaves are aesthetically pleasing to the eyes! A small park but has quite a lot of things to explore!
Woodlands Healing Garden which is NParks collaboration with Woodlands Health Campus offers patients and guests a closer observation of nature, giving them fresh clean air that rejuvenates the mind and soul as well as a quiet reflection on how to be a healthier person through the use of visual, sound and sight sensory. It is a great destination for detoxification or simply just a therapy for the chaotic minds that we keep having, this public space is one of the few gardens with special attention to keeping the place clean and to maintain quietness all times because of the nearby hospital wards.
