Tiptop service. We took the deep tissue massage for 60mins RM 150. Normal massage (relaxing) 60mins RM 130. My masseur was Cecilia and she’s very good at it. The pressure is just nice and she doesnt talk while massaging- which i prefer ? We park at Time Square parking, west entrance Hotel lobby. The spa is on the 15th floor. There’s a surau at level 14. will revisit.

Massage was quiet, calm and relaxing. Room was big and private. We were out in the couple room. We had the mix deep tissue massage special but thought it was just like any other place. The price is more than a typical massage place but then in return, you get peace and quiet ambiance. I’ve also gotten the 40 min body scrub for RM 120. Felt like that was really overpriced for what felt like a basic body scrub. They skip over your butt which I found to be silly. I think I’d want my whole body scrubbed including my butt… especially my butt!??? it felt incomplete. The ambiance is really serene.

Our impromptu visit to Vita Spa at Bernaya Times Square was a lucky find. Despite the short notice, we secured a couple's full-body massage appointment and were treated to exceptional service. The serene atmosphere and attentive staff made for a truly relaxing experience, although the air conditioning was a bit chilly. Nonetheless, it was a rejuvenating escape, perfect for anyone seeking tranquility in the heart of the city.

We stayed here for more than a week and we were looking for a nice full body massage outside the hotel. However after researching a bit decided to give this establishment a try. We booked and went the same day. Checked in properly we were served a nice warm beverage/tea. The tea was relaxing. The couple massage was absolutely amazing. The deep tissue massage was truly deep. Every muscle after was feeling relaxed. Highly recommend
