Lornie Road, (S) 298735
There are several walking trails in the area, but not all are suitable unless you’re in good physical shape. While most routes don’t include the iconic bridge, they do offer other scenic views and plenty of opportunities to encounter wildlife. It’s great that the experience is free, but I wouldn’t mind paying a small fee if it meant better information and guidance upfront. Clearer signage and an overview of the routes would make a big difference, especially since the various trail names and multiple entrances can be quite confusing for first-time visitors. We ended up doing the purple route, which was enjoyable, but we later realized it didn’t include the treetop section we were hoping to see. A bit more clarity would have made the experience even better!
Popular hiking photo spot. Nice view. It’s good they have someone stationed there. Probably he is here for crowd control before I can see him clicking a visitor count
Wow it’s so fun!!!! I had no plan to hike but i did. Thank God I met so many people on the way. They also have ranger station to refill water and toilet. Better prepare for snacks here there is no store at all. Bring your bottled water too as well
We walked from MacRitchie Nature Trial on the East side to the Tree Top Bridge, which was a nice reward. Relatively easy walk. But if you're only going for the Treetop Walk, then enter the park from North West or North entrances to avoid long walk
