If you are searching for a nice and affordable local breakfast, Thai Binh Market is a good place to go for. There are varieties of food to try on, and it tastes very good. Centella drink is very refreshing, and grill pork vermicelli is super amazing. The food stall only accepts cash and might not be fluent in English but still able to speak simple English.

Great variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, clothes, shoes, kitchen wares. With freshly cooked food on the outside it is an excellent place for breakfast, great range of tasty food, all cooked fresh. The pork with salted quail egg dumplings are fantastic, as are the noodle dishes and my favourite , "My Le" Hu Tieu Nam Vang.

Arrived in the morning, not a wide selection of food but still enough for a breakfast. They served vietnamese local meals like beef rice noodles (bun bo), quang noodles, grilled pork with rice vermicelli (bun thit nuong), which i tried but not remarkable, good price. Found a good sweet soup here from Aunt 5, the shop owner was very nice and he gave a lot for 1 serving⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many homestay in the area. Parking opposite the market

Had lunch with the locals, they didn’t understand a word of English, so I just pointed to what others were eating! Enjoyed it immensely! They were very happy to see a white fella eat with them ?

I recently revisited this charming people's market, Thái Bình Market, after 8 years of being away and that's been in my family for three generations! My grandmother started our stall (SẠP 154-155) when the market first opened, and my relatives have maintained her tradition of fair pricing across our diverse array of goods, dry foods, and products. From all the stalls throughout the market, your eyes feast on colorful displays of everything from fresh produce to handcrafted items, and to a whole spectrum of everyday useful goods. Don't worry about language barriers—just point or show a photo, and our friendly vendors (including my relatives!) will happily assist. It's not just our family business but the humblest of vendors and everyday folks buying and selling goods that make up a vibrant community space connecting me to my grandmother's legacy.
