Jl. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Ceger, Kec. Cipayung, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13820, Indonesia
It's a pretty good place to visit for families and anyone who wants to see the various architectural styles of the Indonesian provinces. I was hoping there would be more cultural displays, but there wasn't the day I went. You can really spend anywhere from 2-10 hours here depending on how much you want to see. Just walking around will take about 2 hours if you want to see each of the provinces. And there are a lot of museums in the park, most of which cost a little extra. Also, there is very little English, so if your Indonesian isn't good, have Google translate ready. If you want to see the various parts of Indonesia and can't go personally, this is a neat place to visit.
A Must-Visit Cultural Destination in Jakarta! Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is a fantastic place to explore the diverse cultures of Indonesia in one location. Each pavilion beautifully represents a different province with authentic architecture, traditional costumes, and cultural displays. The park is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it ideal for a day out with family or friends. There are also museums, gardens, and even a cable car that offers a great view of the whole area. I especially enjoyed the traditional houses and the cultural performances. It's both fun and educational — a perfect blend! Tip: Be sure to check in advance which museums or attractions you want to visit, as some of them may be closed on certain days or under renovation. Highly recommend visiting, especially if you're interested in learning more about Indonesia's rich heritage. Try to come early and wear comfortable shoes — there's a lot to see and walk around!
Nice place, cheap tickets (25,500IDR, only card payment) and can see all the features of Indonesia. Also have so many shows performance. Can't miss if you visit Jakarta. Although the location it's a bit remote. Take more money for the transportation to here than the ticket.
Ticket is cheap and there are so many free entrance to all attractions. But the signs are so few and often none that was why i got lost so often in that place. Though they have lightshow at night but some places including birds sanctuary, last shuttle bus and bycicle rent are closed at 4.30. It will be more convenient if those arent closed so early.
