Quite surprised there’s a park this big in Jakarta. Relatively clean, but the river is polluted. Could be a great place to have strolls and picnics when the weather is nice. There are steep hikes so wearing comfortable shoes is recommended.
Visited here during Christmas day, public holiday around 4pm. Really a place with lots of oxygen and green plantations. Cleanliness of the pond can be improved but overall okay. There's a few spots for car park inside and a few for motorbike parking lots inside the park through the main gate. There are lots of cats and a few of ducks inside the park. There are more than three playground with swings and other children jumpswings inside. Very rare park gem inside Jakarta city.
I visited Langsat Park on a public holiday, and I was pleased to find it wasn't too crowded. It was a refreshing change of pace compared to GBK or Hutan Kota. Langsat Park is a great place for a picnic or a leisurely stroll with family or friends. The park is clean and well-maintained. However, I found the path a bit bumpy, which makes it less suitable for jogging. The park is spacious and offers designated areas for badminton and swings. If you're planning to have a picnic, I recommend arriving early, around 7 or 8 a.m., to secure a nice spot under a tree. The ducks in the park are very friendly; they won't approach you for food unless you feed them first. The only downside for me was that the river had a slight odor. Also, please remember not to litter!
The park is beautiful, there are geese too and there is a musolah
nice park in the middle of the city, 5 min walk from blok m!
