It’s a very modern place with different displays. I came as a traveller and was amazed by how people in Taipei are provided with. Students can get in for free maybe that’s why a lot of young ( uni-like) local and internationals were here. Opposite to this place sits a beautiful park area too with events going on in weekends. It’s recommended to spend a couple of hours browsing, connecting, and reflecting on the arts and art in you.

The Taipei Fine Arts Museum is a wonderful place. The admission fee is very affordable, and the museum is very well maintained. The restrooms and overall environment are clean and tidy. For just a small amount of money, you can enjoy many exhibitions. The exhibition spaces are spacious, providing a comfortable viewing experience. Visitors are generally very respectful, so you won’t be disturbed while appreciating the art. It’s definitely a place worth recommending to everyone. Please note that photography and video recording are not allowed in some exhibitions.

The Taipei Fine Arts Museum itself as an edifice was awe-inspiring. This establishment left a strong impression—especially in how it highlighted the ongoing struggles women face within patriarchal systems. Jun T. Lai’s work stood out to me as remarkable, both in form and message. My partner was deeply moved by her life’s work. This place challenges, provokes, and stays with you.

I was a bit disappointed because half of the exhibitions were closed when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon. However, the remaining ones were still entertaining and enjoyable. The air conditioning was great, and the tickets were a good price.

What a huge art space it is! I really enjoyed the current photographic exhibition. The water sculptures outside as as stunning as the works inside.
