***Visit on a weekend*** There is a good amount of shopping with food stalls on the side. There are many cute shops mostly focused on clothing and accessories.

I visited on a Saturday night, and it was super crowded! There were so many food options that it made choosing what to eat really tough. If you’re a fan of stinky tofu, definitely check out this one spot—it’s delicious and the portions are huge!

Many shoe shops, good coffee places, and eateries the area. We went there on Sunday and most shops open pretty late (after noon).

A hip and happening area, this district covers a square city block with the main avenue running north to south, with three intersecting side streets, running to the east. The goods sold are predominantly young women's clothes and reminds me of a smaller, Ximending in Taipei or Yizhong night market in Taichung (specifically the side street, which sells clothes, not the main street which sells food). Since this market exist, there must be a school nearby. There are a few food vendors, set up at the northern end and along the eastern perimeter, Wenheng 2nd Road and definitely worth the visit in the evening, when the shops open up and for people watching, as one sees the latest in fashion.
