Beautiful, quiet, scenic area to be. Enjoying the view so very much. Serenity to the most. Lots of parking place, so no need to worry I reckon. Up close with the Australian native parrots, really a great experience for me! Brought our drone there to capture some great shots but unfortunately was low batt, really upset for didnt realize about it beforehand. When we have extra time available, would want to come back for sure.

Went for a ride down here and it is a fantastic place to stop off and take a look if you haven’t been before. Unfortunately it is a narrow road and no parking spaces so would be hard to find a stop if travelling by car. Well worth a visit though with this beautiful view

Serpentine Dam is a Nature sanctuary. Serene waters, lush surroundings and abundant wildlife. We can drive on the dam and unfortunately there is no place to park on the dam. You can park the cars bit away from the dam and walk to the dam easily. There are beautiful views and scenery. I believe the dam is maintained by water corporation and surrounding area is belong to the catchment area for the river. A good place to have a break and relax with family and friends. There are two car parks available near the dam with a picnic area as well.

BBQ’s available. Toilets only near kids play ground. Lots of Birds coming close. Lorikeets, Kookaburras, hand fed. Great view of Dam. Drive was really nice. A day trip worth doing.

Very good for a short drive & quick stop. Excellent views.
