On the 1st floor, you will find information stand but also the Souvenir Shop. On the 11th floor there is the @seoulculturelounge, there is a wide choice of K-cultural programs throughout the month of July. And it's completely free ?✨ Do not hesitate to visit the website to register.

The 1st floor has the information area and a nice little souvenir shop. This is the place to buy your Climate card (KW 3 000, about 3 CAD), the information staff was very kind and spoke very good english. They helped us find in Naver map some of the places we wanted to go to. Souvenir shop has cute stuff and I find prices are quite good compared to what I’ve seen in the other touristic areas. There is a cultural lounge on the 11th floor but it was closed when we went (Monday).

The information center here has a lot of great info tourist wise (& there was a medical info side as well which we did not partake from). The main reason we went there was to buy to Seoul My Soul merchandise I wanted for some gifts. The staff was very helpful.
