It was an interesting and fun activity, to find out your scent through a personality test! The questions were a little odd to me but despite that they managed to get the correct answer about my personality. The staff are friendly, but I think it’ll be great if they could work on receiving people at the entrance, I don’t think it should be empty at the front. There was a huge group before us, and we were waiting at the counter for someone to attend us. The guy behind us cut infront of us and went to the staff, and she served him instead. Overall, interesting experience.

It's a very interesting experience. Begins with a personality test (pretty accurate!). Based on the test results, you will be sent to 5 rooms of different categories and there will be lots of sniffing to do. With your results, your own personalised perfume is developed and then you get to make the whole concoction, right down to bottling it yourself! Fun experience! Definitely be back with some girlie friends for my birthday!

I just wanted to say how much I truly enjoyed the experience at your Sentosa studio! The scent personality quiz was such a unique touch—it made the perfume-making process feel personal and meaningful. I loved how interactive and hands-on everything was, and your team was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The variety of fragrance oils was impressive, and I really appreciated the chance to create something that reflects my personality. Love it!

The concept of this place is great, and there’s a lot of potential here, but I do have some suggestions for improvement. A short video explaining the idea behind the perfume-making process could be much more impactful. Currently, the explanation depends entirely on the person presenting it, which means the delivery can vary and sometimes lack consistency or clarity. The presentation after completing the questionnaire felt quite basic and lacked enthusiasm or clear guidance, something a well-made video (with subtitles) could really enhance. The introduction before starting the questionnaire could also be improved to set the tone and elevate the overall experience. Once we got to the sensory part of choosing the perfume, the experience became more engaging. The staff member assisting with the perfume creation was very attentive, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, but I see even more potential that could take it to the next level, hence why I’m sharing this feedback here. Also, the deal offered on spot to engage my husband to the experience was much appreciated too as he wasn’t keen to join but end up liking the perfume he got for himself, thanks.

A very interesting concept using personality test to find out which of the 5 categories suits you. From there you get to smell different scents of the categories to create your unique smell. Really enjoyed myself learning and creating my very own scent. Highly recommend everyone be in individual, couple or group to get experience scent making. They are friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Kudos team Scentopia! This is my first time, but definitely not my last time.
