The sunset view from Point Ormond Lookout is absolutely stunning! The colours in the sky as the sun sets create a peaceful, breathtaking scene. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. p/s. we came here by tram from the central town area and took a bus to the spot (took us almost an hour), but we decided to hop on a Uber after catching the sun set as it was getting dark, so do plan out the transportation beforehand.

Absolutely stunning spot! Point Ormond Lookout offers one of the best panoramic views of Melbourne—especially at sunset. You get a breathtaking view of the city skyline from the Port side, and as the sun sets, the colors over the water are just magical. It’s also a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful moonlit night. Great for a solo walk, a romantic evening, or just soaking in some natural beauty. Highly recommend!

A very nice view of the Melbourne city skyline and the sea Has a walking/running trial and a dedicated cycling path nearby Although the use of the parking is by buying tickets. There is a playground just next to it and has BBQ areas with a sheltered picnic area, enough to keep kids busy for a couple of hours.

10/10? Went with my boyfriend and it was such a cute moment. The view is stunning, especially at sunset. You can see the city skyline on one side and the ocean on the other. We just sat there, chatted, and watched the sky change colours. Super peaceful and romantic. ??
