What a great experience. Our guide Alex was engaging, educational and humorous. The Elephants are well taken care of and treated with respect. You get to be up close and interact with the elephants, we did the feed and spa where not only do you get to feed them, but you get the experience of rubbing clay on them and washing it off like they would in the wild. Would recommend 100%

This was a highlight of our trip to Phuket. The Elephants were so well treated and very happy. We fed them by hand, gave them a mud bath, cleaning them off with a hose and brushes and then spent time with them in the elephant pool. So many special moments. The guides also took lots of free pics with their own phones that they later air dropped to us. The staff were amazing, so committed and enthusiastic towards the elephant's well being. We also did a hands on cooking class, learning to make pad thai and had an amazing buffet lunch. Was so good. Highly recommend this experience.

A perfect family outing from start to finish. We went with our young children and our entire family had a fantastic time. The tour includes pick up in a very clean and comfortable van (that even included car seats for our children!). Once we arrived we checked in quickly then listened to an informative intro about where the rescued elephants came from and how to safely interact with the elephants. We had a blast feeding the elephants and also gave them a mud bath and quick shower. Everything was super well organized and the staff were amazing. They were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Free waters, towels, and watermelon was provided. The staff also helped take photos for our family and sent it to us free of charge. We truly appreciate the excellent service and experience. We couldn’t recommend this tour enough. They are doing very important and meaningful work for the elephants and we are very happy to support them.

A great place to enjoy time with elephants! I had a very warm and friendly welcome—no pressure at all to choose a specific program. I opted for the basic program, which involved feeding the elephants. There were around 20 elephants in a beautiful area near a small lake surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and guided the entire experience. As a nice bonus, I even received a free taxi ride back to my hotel. Highly recommend!

The half-day program with the elephants was a fantastic experience, highly recommended for all. This wasn't our first experience with elephants, but it was our first time bathing them! The program was comprehensive - it started with a brief introduction (African vs Asian elephants, the history of the place, the elephants inhabiting there currently, etc.), followed by a short food prep where we made herb balls and cut pineapples to feed them. Following the feeding session, we proceeded to rub mud all over the elephants before washing them off in the pool. Photos were taken by the staff during the entire process, which turned out to be really good. We then had a cooking session - making papaya salad and cooking pad thai. They tasted decent! Before we left, we also painted our own elephant magnets which we brought home as souvenirs.
