Great place to party in South Thailand. Known for the vibrant colours and nightlife in Patong. One can shop and enjoy various kinds of food. Loved the place. People who do not like loud music should avoid the place. Young generation and party animals would love it for sure.

Probably the most hyped beach in Phuket is Patong. If you’ve been to Karon or Kata, you’ll instantly feel the difference. Patong’s way more crowded, noisier, and buzzing with energy. And unlike Goa (if you’ve been), you won’t find those beachside cafés and restaurants spilling onto the sand here. And honestly? That’s a good thing. No plastic cups flying around or tables ruining the vibe. The beach stays relatively clean, and you actually get to walk along the shore without dodging leftover food trays. Right across the road is where the madness starts—Bangla Road, also called Walking Street. This place literally transforms after sunset. Neon lights, loud music, bars, clubs, street performers—it’s like the entire city’s nightlife squeezed into one chaotic, electrifying street. We went there just for the nightlife, and it did not disappoint. If you’re into partying or just vibing with the crowd, this is where you want to be. Two clubs that stood out were Illuzion and Sugar Club—both packed and high-energy. Honestly, even if you’re not a party person, it’s worth checking out just to soak in the wild energy. Definitely don’t skip this if you’re in Phuket. Come here once, especially at night, and you’ll get why it’s such a big deal.

Too crowded for a summer evening. The street has buzz of an open party area. Adult entertainment zones are quite visible from street so going with a child not recommended. Cannabis stores are also OMNI present. We went to nearby junglecylon mall for shopping and had awesome food at central mall.
