I can't wait to come back to try all the Pandora rooms! Rooms are very well designed & with enjoyable surprises. The two ones I did, level 4 & 5 difficulty, were so fun with some tough rooms and some physical activity. Both times we escaped almost reaching the time limit, 120min! We loved the fact that the rooms are 2hours and you must move through multiple scenarios not just being stuck in a single escape room. Highly recommended to spend a great time with friends or fam! Well done guys!

We had a really good time doing the Alcatraz. We've almost 100 escape rooms in 20 or so different countries, and this one stood out when it comes to physicality. First, customer service is great. I forgot what time the escape room states, and we were 10 mine late. They still were very flexible with us and let us start the room. The room is well designed for the atmosphere it was creating. I would just say it was very difficult to read the padlocks with so little light. The room was not challenging or scary for 2 people. There was just enough to do and lots of moving around. If you are looking for a challenging puzzle, this isn't really it. But still lots of fun. I would say that a few puzzles didn't connect to what was in the room, and we needed an answer given (still can't figure out how we were to get there). Game master was very nice, but difficult to understand with the clues given. Overall. It was a unique and fun time.

The Alcatraz was a really well designed escape room, and I do not want to spoil it without sharing too much so please do not read on if you want to enjoy it as it should be ? First off, the physical aspect as mentioned by many other reviewers is something to take note of, although it wasn’t physically demanding for the most part, there’s a whole lot of climbing to be done, with the last part being the most extreme one ? The difficulty level was acceptable, we often overthink the puzzles and ended up wasting some time here and there - the game masters also shared clues in steps when we prompted so we don’t get to the end too quickly. The one that has the most wow factor was when we could actually move the room, which was nothing like we have seen in any escape rooms… a true feat of a puzzle ? All in all, it was a good time and money spent, we did admittedly get very brain drained at the end but it was a fruitful experience overall ??

I met my partner 4 years ago. Our first date and the first time we met was in an escape room. We have done an escape room every single year since then for our anniversary.I proposed today in pandora experience and she said yes! We did the shutter island one. The team and the manager was so nice and left little messages for her saying "will" "you" and "marry me?" in 3 separate puzzle boxes with the ring in the last one. They even recorded it for us and sent us the footage. It was also the most complex and difficult escape room we had ever done and we loved it. Thank you so much pandora experience!

Best escape room in Bali. Finished all games in 2 days, only me and my partner, and it is pretty much doable. The game master also very helpful in giving us hints and explaining the objectives. I hope they add new game in the future.
