Resort looks nice but rooms aren’t as well-maintained as seen in the pictures. Aircon had problems and a lot of the amenities were rusty. Service was very good, and staff were friendly and helpful. Resort breakfast was average, but the food options from both restaurants in the resort is pretty extensive. Location is far from the usual tourist spots, about 1 hour travel.

it's really nice!! the design, the architecture of the place is one of a kind per se. staff are all very kind and friendly, including the cute cats roaming around ? the only downside is its' location as it's very far from the city or anywhere, but, do consider this, u go to a resort, you definitely want to relax and just enjoy the view. anyway, the resort has everything you need, restaurant, in-room massage, swimming pools (including the one in your villa), so you won't want to get out though.. I am not in any way affiliated with the resort but do consider checking in here the next time u want to go to bintan island. it's such a waste if you didn't even have the chance to check out on this beautiful property.

We stayed in the regular villa, which was spacious and featured a large bathroom with an impressive smart toilet. The room and service were both excellent and exceeded expectations. However, the dining experience could use some improvement. The food at both Azure and Ocean restaurants, as well as the breakfast buffet, was underwhelming — dishes were often cold, and the chicken served was especially dry. The resort is located quite far from the main Bintan resort area, about an hour’s drive away. While this means it’s less convenient for visiting popular attractions like the Blue Lake or mangrove forest, the upside is a peaceful, secluded environment that offers more privacy. Overall, it was a decent stay with standout service and comfort, though the food and location might not suit everyone.
