We tried the hot stone steak at this restaurant — the food was average, but the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel special. Their hospitality more than made up for what the meal lacked.

My wife and I were looking for a good restaurant for a good steak. We weathered through rain on a 10 minute walk. Boy, were we flabbergasted by the experience. Ordered some filets and were told we had to cook them ourselves! The waiter, Sasha, was incredible and highly recommend him for extraordinary service. We thought he was joking, but it came out on a hot platter of granite, we sliced it, then onto the granite stone. The rosemary potatoes were the rave as well, including the mixed salad. This had to be the best steak I have ever experienced and will be telling all of my American friends about he experience. Thank you all!

It is located in old town on the most famous foodie street of Zurich, Niederdorfstrasse.. It was evening time and we were looking for a restaurant serving some good veg food. The name 'Steakhouse' did not sound good for vegetarians, but while we were looking the menu, the server assured us that they would serve veg dishes even if they are in the menu. They served us baked potato and veg burger with white wine. The food was quite good. It served our purpose. We sat outdoor since the weather was pleasant and it was a great experience to watch the world go by at Niederdofstrasse. The best part of the restaurant was its service. Our server worked very hard to satisfy us. Thanks bro !!

My coworker and I were meandering down the cobblestone streets when we were suddenly accosted by the intoxicating aroma and sound of searing meat and Sasha and his team obliged to get us a table. The service was amazing. The food was savory and flavorful. If you are looking for a nice steakhouse with cool vibes and enrapturing flavors, come to Steakhouse Old Town!
