So many interesting artifacts and amazing aquarium. This is very good place to visit with the children. They will love the sea animals. The entrance is free. If you really into museums and parks, this entire place is recommended. There's a cafe inside where you can grab food and drinks.

i love the aquarium area! museum educates widely on the history of korea maritime which is interesting. just unfortunately the kids section museum did not allow adults without an accompanied kid to enter.. even when there is no crowd

Visited just because it seemed like a good rainy day activity but this museum exceeded my expectations. The displays here were very informative and shows the history of maritime trade and warfare of Korea. They also had 360 degree projected rooms which were nice. On the one of the floors they also had a small aquarium and a kids section.

What a beautiful place. Everyone should come here. I'm surprised its free. It takes you on journey of how humans loved the sea, it was apart of their lives, how Koreans and others harvested sea weed and other precious things that the see has to offer. Their journey from shipbuilding, fishing and beyond.

Wonderful (and free) museum, focusing on local history with the ocean and naval issues. Lots of things for kids to do, but still entertaining and engaging for adults.
