First of all this place is huge. I mean huge HUGE. Wasn’t expecting much from this place but I was very surprised by the kind of animals and fish they were housing. I think a few animals and fish need better enclosures as it felt they were too small for the creatures but apart from that this place is a must visit if you’re in Pattaya. I was lucky to witness the food being provided to the monkeys and oh boy this place has standards. They provide a good mix of fruits and veggies to keep the creatures healthy. This place boasts two headed tortoises and turtles.
A special place. Very many different species I have never seen before. Reptiles, snakes, fish all quite rare. Like many white albino species. I do think they keep many animals in very tight spaces. Something to improve upon.
Personally zoos make me sad. Most of the animals here seemed okay. But some monkeys/felines/some of the bigger animals seemed very miserable. The birds were screaming the whole time wanting to escape. That being said, if you’re just looking around and travel with kids, this is a good place in pattaya. It’s like a petting zoo + zoo. You can feed/click pictures with select animals and birds for 20-30 THB. It is pretty big and has numerous reptiles and fish.
