Jl. Engku Putri No.1, Belian, Kec. Batam Kota, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau 29461, Indonesia
This is my 2nd visit to the shopping mall after nearly a decade apart from my 1st visit. I like the shopping mall which is still well maintained and with lively businesses. It is a very convenient mall to access from Batam Centre Point International Ferry Terminal. I hope this shopping mall management continues to up keep the maintenance and businesses so that visitors to the island can enjoy the convenience while waiting for their ferry rides.
Although the building isn’t luxurious, this mall is actually a good spot because it offers a wide variety of stores. You can find everything from pizza, bakeries, coffee shops, fast food, salons, nail art services, reflexology, and even a supermarket all in one place. Additionally, there's a bridge that connects the mall to the ferry port, which is quite convenient. Overall, it's a practical and complete mall for all your needs, making it a great choice for a casual shopping trip or a quick stop before catching the ferry.
A big mall but it doesn't seem too busy. Walking distance away from the ferry terminal. Has a lot of outlets for clothes, food and entertainment. I enjoyed the ambience and also the staff work at this mall are polite and serve patrons well at most of the outlets. Do visit the shop selling the curry puffs on the second floor, the tea and pastries were fantastic. It is just a few meters from Harris hotel as well so if you are staying there, like I was, give this mall a visit if you can.
Big mall with lots of kueh lapis stalls. A lot of the stores don’t have price tag on their products, so be careful to check around for the prices before making purchases. Fast food like A&W and KFC are here too. Suggest you take taxi or grab from this mall instead of the ferry terminal if you just arrived in Batam. Notice the guy incharge of the taxi queue in the terminal anyhow shout a price and then the driver gave him a “cut” when job is assigned. Example, the fare is IDR38000 for our trip but the guy shouted the price as IDR70,000
This mall is just fine. If you’re early for your ferry, it’s a decent place to walk around. There’s a supermarket, some retail shops, and a few restaurants where you can grab a bite. That said, the mall isn’t very big, you’ll probably feel like you’ve seen everything within an hour. The TimeZone here is massive though (for those who don’t know, it’s an arcade). It’s a great spot if you arrive about an hour early for your ferry. More than two hours? I’m not so sure. I was already getting bored before this.
