I came across this charming place by chance when I was exploring the streets on foot. It is a beautiful place and house itself is huge (it is one of the longer ones in that street). There are antiques, knick knacks and souvenirs being sold here but the real attraction of this place is the building itself. Visitors can explore the ground floor as well as the first floor but the attic is closed to the public. The back portion houses the kitchen and according to literature there, it used to be a stable there as well. The hosts are warm and friendly and eager to explain the history behind their ancestral home.

Such a beautiful century old building with original charming features, filled with antiques and paintings for sell. Did not expect how big the building is, for me it's worth the visit if you can appreciate and love old historical buildings and antiques. Fee entrance is RM8, along with one tile souvenir.

Stunning little piece of history! Really nice people too. Really beautiful Chinese pieces here and some little souvenirs and jewelery and ceramics that are lovely. Entry comes with a free mosaic tile!!

It's not just another local lifestyle museum, but a very recently and partly currently living estate of the local mid-wealthy Malaccan Chinese-originating nyonya family, that has carefully preserved its family history in all possible forms - starting from architecture, rooms' decor and furniture to photos and cutlery. Personally, I enjoyed every minute of bring there and have spent quite significant amount of time just wondering around mansion's nearly numerous rooms, halls, patios and other spaces
