Lombok Hiking Tour-Mount Rinjani Trekking

Best experience of my life!! Me and my partner climbed Mount Rinjani with our lovely guide Simjam and our porters Bana and Seb. We spent the night before at our free accommodation (private room) that had a beautiful view of the mountain, there we were given a free ride to a nearby restaurant for dinner with others who were joining us. We woke in the morning to breakfast and we set off on our trek. During the trek you are cooked huge hot meals (we were vegetarian and they were more than able to cater for us), given fresh fruit, a soft drink and tea or coffee. The food was great!! We were also surrounded by playful monkeys, which was an added bonus. Once we got to the crater rim our tent was set up for us, overlooking the volcano, as well as the Gili Islands and Bali! It was a tough hike but so so worth it for the views. Our guide was super helpful the whole way, even pulling us up with our sticks at one point!! We were given breakfast the next day, as well as one final lunch near the bottom of the hike. To top if off we were given a free ride to the Bansal port, and we knew of another group who got a free ride to Kuta!! I couldn't recommend this tour company enough, the only thing I would recommend is taking wet wipes!!

Staying in a cozy room with a mountain view the night before was a great start. The trek was challenging but so worth it with those incredible views and tasty meals. The team was friendly and helpful, making it a memorable adventure!

Camping at the crater rim with views of the volcano and Gili Islands was incredible. Our guide set up everything perfectly, and the porters' friendly service made us feel at home. The night sky was a bonus!

Guide and porters were amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Food on the trip was so good and views are amazing.
