Very good - especially to get a break from the 'chaos of Tokyo'. This is a very peaceful location to relax. There is an interesting history to this building (told by the audio tour via your phone). The park is terrific, and this pavilion is one of the highlights.
Stunning gardens and the Pavilion is gorgeous! Totally worth a visit! Note they close at 4pm around December
Beautiful location within the Shinjuku national garden, even during winter, we went early and there weren't too many people their either so I'd suggest going as early as possible
Very beautiful pavilion. You have free entrance and audioguide. You only need internet connection. Is a very nice place to sit and contemplate the tiny lake from the terrace.
A very calming and serene part of Shinjuku gyoen. The pavillion is beautifully situated and there are places where you can sit around the pavillion.
