My kids love this place ! This is a great place for kids to play and learn ! They will play and learn to be so many different professions, such as firefighters, policeman, pilot, salesperson, doctor, cooks. They can be an entertainer or radio broadcaster. They can learn how to make biscuits or jewelry or noodles ! The place is clean, not too crowded when we came and the staffs are nice! They have restaurants and prayer room too. Super recommended to bring your kids to play and learn here.

KidZania Surabaya is a great place to visit! While it’s not as huge as the Jakarta branch, it’s generally less crowded, allowing you to complete more activities during your visit. One thing to note is that the venue closes at 5 PM, but most activities wind down by 4:40 PM as the staff starts cleaning and packing up early. This was a bit disappointing, so plan your time accordingly. If you’re holding a KidZania Pazzport, they’ll provide a bank card to store all your KidZos. However, we noticed inconsistencies—my two kids participated in the same activities, but their total KidZo balances on the cards were different. Something to keep in mind if you’re tracking earnings! Overall, it’s a fun destination for families, but there’s room for improvement in managing activity timings and KidZo credits.

It's an utopian city miniature for children with its elaborate system and rules. It's a fun way to give the children the impression of how the world works. The establishments have amazing experience. Among the favourites are pilot, noodle making by Indomie, baker by fiber creme, scientist by Yakult, fire fighter, police + CSI (with some action of running around the town to catch a thief). They also provide cafetaria in both floor. Toilets almost in every corner. The musholla is beautiful. The onsite staffs are friendly and helpful. The online staff is reachable through IG @kidzaniasurabaya. Their whatsapp also provide all the details you need. Too bad they doesn't even allow to bring drinking water from outside. Their cafetaria serve ranges of food but the taste is mediocre. There are some coffee grounds in Americano. I have suspicion that they use regular 'fire ship' tubruk ground for making espresso. The fried rice is bland. But overall, it's imprezzive~
