(Tourist) Bought the tickets on the official website for about 150k. I tried to purchase it from trip.com but they only have the premium tickets which is slightly more expensive around 200k+. There are two tiers of ticket premium and basic. The basic tickets require you to queue to get the ticket in the form of a hand band with a QR code printed on in. It seem like the premium tier gets to skip the queue. I queued for about 5 mins for the ticket. At the entrance they have a photo taking service and you can purchase the photo later. You can skip to the gantry if you don't want to take a photo. It was a pretty nice walk around the indoor aquarium/safari, they have all kinds of marine life and land animals in here. Even more you can to enjoy watching the animals in an air conditioned comfortable environment. The place did not smell bad like what you would expect from a place with animals. If you are interested in feeding or interacting with the animals, there are paid service for it. There's a play and mermaid performance (in water) at certain timings in the aquarium. It was pretty entertaining, it's like little mermaid but the aquarium's version. I will post a photo of the timings in the photos (taken at Feb 2025). Overall, I spent about an hour here, it was more than what I expected for the price I paid. I don't think I can experience this with same amount of money in my country.

Jakarta Aquarium Safari is a popular indoor attraction located in Neo Soho Mall, but visiting during a public holiday or peak season can be overwhelming due to the extremely large crowds. The queues for the shows are often described as inhumane, making it very difficult to enjoy the experience or even see the main attractions comfortably. The space can feel cramped, and the overall atmosphere is hectic during busy times, which significantly detracts from the visit. However, on less crowded weekdays, Jakarta Aquarium Safari can actually be a great place to go, whether for a family outing or a date. The exhibits are well-maintained and the facilities are clean, with a good variety of marine life and some interactive features. That said, the educational aspect is somewhat lacking—information about the animals is limited, and different fish species are often mixed together in the same tanks, which might not appeal to those seeking a more informative or organized aquarium experience. If you plan to visit, try to avoid peak times for a much more enjoyable and relaxed experience.

Adult category start from 6, weekdays charged 200.000 ; came during kindergarten visit, the main aquarium used for the kids to eat together, so basically cannot see through that location. Jellyfish is nearly dying. Awesome small stingray aquarium. Clean toilet, great snack inside (dorayaki). Located in neo soho, easy to access.
