I had great experience with this outlet as the older uncle staff, Mr Ng, was very helpful and friendly. He thought of helping me to change the gear so that I will have a easy time cycling and even called and message us when we were on the way to another outlet to ask us whether we can make it in time to the other outlet so that we will not have to pay extra if we took a longer time than we paid for. He also helped us to handle a difficult situation that we had and both me and my friend were really grateful for his kind act that he didn’t have to do.

Thank you Mr Ng for the service! Amazing conversation while renting the bikes! He even gave tips and told us to take care along the way! Giving us numbers of the next outlet in case we require their assistance since we will be closer to them. Approaching our rental timing, he texts to check on our whereabouts and safety! Going for an hour cycle before a flight was the best thing ever. Bike was decent condition (should have pumped the tyres a bit more) and lots of options, a few kids sizes, tandems, bassinets on front or back, training wheels, tricycles, ladies bikes, mountain bikes... really good how many choices!

great service. opted for night cycling (started at 6pm) which was 20 bucks + 2 bucks for the lock. came with night light attached night cycling allows you to cycle the whole night. mountain bike was good and sturdy. there were many locations to return the bikes too there was a deposit to be paid
