The park is a bit small but with all the queuing, even spending the full 8 hours inside is not going to be enough. And this is including the virtual queue system, which is also difficult to get timeslots for.

Most of the digital rides, like Apes, Ice Age, are pretty much the same setup, just with different videos playing, and even the kids felt bored and disinterested pretty quickly.

Quite a few attractions were closed too. It was good to introduce Malaysian rates at RM60, which made it more suitable for the value we get out of the park, but they should really try to accommodate permanent residents and foreign spouses with long term visas, since these are always family trips.

The food scene was terrible. It's fine to be overpriced, but the taste was horrible. Furthermore the guy on duty in the ice cream stall was not service oriented at all.

On the positive side, there are plenty of drinking fountains, the amenities are good, with lockers and plenty of restrooms, as well as life saving chairs and benches all over. The shows are great for those who don't wish to go on rides.

Then there are those workers who are on the PA the whole ride just shouting please do not take off your seat belt over and over again.. for every ride...

Those quirks aside, it's overall still a nice place to bring your kids for a fun day out. Go have fun!

The park is cute and clean with good attractions. The virtual queue system is also good. However, for the price (as a non Malaysian) I was disappointed to see 1. Many rides already out of order 2. Many rides going into “technical issues” which led us to get out of queue for one ride and could not take 2 rides for which we were in virtual queue for 2 hours! In fact the cable car to reach from KL to the park itself was under maintenance and this was mentioned only at the ticket counter - not even at the entrance of the outlet mall - needing us to re-order a grab to go to the Genting cable way.

The theme park opens at 10am, so it’s best to come early. There's a fun broadway-style show right at the entrance to welcome you in.

The place is spacious with plenty of attractions and entertainment. You’ll need to queue for most rides, depending on the crowd. Morning queues are still manageable, but it gets busier by afternoon.

We spent the whole day there and still couldn’t finish all the games and rides—definitely coming back again!

There’s a variety of food available, but a bit pricey, which is expected. It usually rains in the evening, so bringing your own raincoat is a good idea (though they do sell them there too).

Overall, it was an awesome experience! Two thumbs up!
