There is a sea between the two countries.

Great views and mostly surrounded by beautiful gardens. Access is not easy and you need to be able to cross busy roads without a crossing. There are three roads that join at this point, so best to cross one road at a time.

Good place to look across the causeway but a bit disappointed as the sidewalk is very short.
